Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our organization's end user devices, servers, network, and other IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the organization's end user devices, servers, network, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and maintain the office network and ensure stable and robust internet connections.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure and security developments, and recommend upgrades and improvements as necessary.
  • Manage Active Directory Users and Group Policy Objects.
  • Create and maintain documentation and asset databases.
  • Log all support and service requests and update tickets as needed.
  • Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, with a focus on managing complex IT environments.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, including network protocols, hardware, and storage.
  • Knowledge of network security concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection and prevention.
  • Experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of administering Linux operating systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in rotation shifts and in a 24/7 operation.
