Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Finance and Accounting professional to join our team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting the Cash Management process for various geographies and subprocesses.

  • Banking Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements across multiple business units.
  • Cash Management: Review and process transactions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in cash management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve procedures, drive process standardization, and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

A typical day at work involves:

  • Banking reconciliation of multiple Telenor business units.
  • Review and process transactions according to SOPs in Cash Management.
  • Follow up on open items with relevant teams.
  • Perform month-end closing as per deadlines.
  • Handle stakeholder queries.
  • Report on overall process performance to line management.
  • Maintain documentation and update SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACCA, CA finalist, ICMA, or bachelor's/master's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in reputable organizations, shared services, or multinational corporations (MNCs), especially in Order-to-Cash functions.
