Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of multiple clients, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, conducting reconciliations, processing payroll, generating financial reports, and performing full charge bookkeeping duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management:
        Manage the end-to-end financial operations process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
  • Accounts Receivable And Payable
        Oversee client invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Reconciliations
        Conduct regular bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing
        Administer payroll processes for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate recording of employee compensation.
  • Financial Reporting
        Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial operations management and managing financial activities for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).
