
Business Development Executive

Your role as a business growth manager is to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with clients, and drive sales growth.
This position involves good communication skills and requires you to:
- Develop a database of potential clients and prospects through various means, such as online research and networking.
- Analyze the needs and pain points of these leads and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with our team to discuss business opportunities.
- Oversee the delivery of client work, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
- Train new business development staff on our sales process and continue to improve their skills.
- Maintain our CRM system and track the sales pipeline.
We are a tech startup based in London, developing a global acceleration platform called Version Y. We offer secondary services, including software development, to help entrepreneurs create minimum viable products (MVPs) on a budget.
You will primarily focus on generating business in this area and building relationships for our platform. Your role will also involve managing a team below you.
We expect our ideal candidate to have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a strong understanding of the sales process. You should be able to:
- Briefly outline your value proposition and understand the pain points of our target market.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and convert leads into paying clients.
- Demonstrate strong listening skills and ability to understand implied meanings.

The compensation package includes a base salary and commission structure, with the potential to earn 75,000 - 100,000 pounds per month.
