We are seeking a Solutions Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role involves working with cutting-edge cloud-based solutions used by numerous companies worldwide. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs quickly, identifying product value, and ensuring optimal usage.
Your key activities will include:
Onboarding: Collaborating closely with new customers to identify their requirements and map them to our product offerings
Account Escalations: Responding to alerts, red flags, health issues, and queries in a timely manner
Renewals: Following up on current-month renewals to prevent unexpected surprises
Upsell Campaigns: Driving portfolio growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades of existing products
Periodic Health Checks: Regularly assessing account health to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Advocacy: Managing relationships, driving feature requests, obtaining case studies, and referrals from satisfied customers
Research: Gaining expertise in industry verticals, best practices, and competitors through ongoing research and development
Sales: Engaging prospective clients for product demos, evaluations, and workflow mapping to showcase product value
