We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a key leadership role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts payable operations, including vendor relationships and financial reporting.

Job Description
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accounts payable and ensuring accuracy in monthly reports.
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers, resolving queries and monitoring vendor activities is an essential part of this role.
  • Coordinating efficient financial transactions and maintaining accurate records of payments is also a key responsibility.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 3 years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Prior exposure to AP processes, vendor management, GRIR clearing and payment cycles is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage vendor reconciliations and dispute resolution is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Looker Studio for reporting and analytics is necessary.
