Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgets, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.
  • Oversee monthly and year-end financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Monitor and review financial data to guarantee compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure prompt payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and associated documentation.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a financial professional ideally in the Architecture & Construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
