Financial Operations Manager Job Description

Job Type:Full-Time, Onsite

Location: Islamabad

Timings:2 PM -11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of multiple clients, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, conducting reconciliations, processing payroll, generating financial reports, and performing full charge bookkeeping duties.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bookkeeping process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Oversee client invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.

  • Manage vendor relationships, process accounts payable, and ensure timely payments.

  • Conduct regular bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Administer payroll processes for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate recording of employee compensation.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on financial matters, addressing inquiries and providing financial guidance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping and managing financial activities for multiple clients.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations.


Experience

  • 5+ Years of working experience in a reputable firm is a must.

  • Proficiency in Excel: Demonstrated ability to work with Excel spreadsheets effectively.

  • Accounting Software Expertise: Proven experience with QuickBooks online and Xero accounting software.

  • US GAAP Experience: A must-have requirement is experience and a strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).


Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Developing and implementing effective financial procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency and minimize risk.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and support business growth initiatives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key partners to ensure seamless financial operations.

Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.

Providing expert-level support to clients on financial matters, addressing complex queries and offering insightful advice.

Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making informed recommendations to stakeholders.
