Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to

lead growth in the hotel and tourism sector through cutting-edge tech solutions. The

ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, form partnerships, and promote our

tech products such as property management systems (PMS), booking engines, CRM,

data analytics, and other digital tools designed for hospitality and tourism businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target hotels, resorts, travel agencies, and tourism boards to

promote our tech products and services.

Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel and hospitality

Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Understand client pain points and customize solutions from our tech product

suite to meet their needs.

Present product demos, conduct onboarding sessions, and coordinate with

technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve

offerings and drive customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technology developments in the

hospitality and tourism space.

Attend industry trade shows, tech events, and webinars to build brand awareness

and generate leads.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or

related field.

3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS, tech

sales, or hospitality technology.

Deep understanding of hotel/tourism operations and the technology ecosystem

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales

approach.

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with cloud-based hospitality or travel tech platforms.

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and digital booking systems.

Familiarity with global travel trends, tourism marketing, and digital transformation

Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
