Job Title: ERP / IT Supervisor (Odoo ERP)

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

OB Hospitality Group (Café Aylanto's parent company) is seeking a highly skilled ERP / IT Coordinator with hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP This role will serve as the primary point of contact with our ERP implementation partner, ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and the implementation team.

The ideal candidate will also be well-versed in basic IT, system, and network configuration and have strong troubleshooting capabilities. You will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation, integration, and maintenance of the ERP system across our multiple restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management

• Serve as the central liaison between OBHG teams and IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER during and post-implementation.
• Lead user training, onboarding, and support for Odoo ERP across departments (Procurement, Inventory, HR, POS, Finance, etc.).
• Oversee system configurations, module setups, role-based access, and workflow designs.
• Perform routine checks, upgrades, and patch management of the ERP system.
• Assist in UAT, bug tracking, and solution testing in collaboration with implementation consultants.
• Monitor data flows between Odoo and third-party integrations, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
• Responsible for maintaining the ERP database and ensuring accurate data entry as per new configurations when required.

IT & Network Support

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including basic system administration, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
• Ensure data backup protocols and system security measures are in place and regularly updated.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, printers, POS hardware, and user systems across office and restaurant outlets.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized hardware or network issues.
• Maintain and update IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ERP coordination and IT support roles.
• Bachelors or Degree in IT related field.
• Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficient in basic IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux OS, networking, and hardware setup.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Prior experience with ERP systems in a restaurant, hospitality, or multi-outlet retail environment.

·Solid understanding of network infrastructure, system configuration, and troubleshooting protocols for both hardware and software.

·Previous collaboration with any Odoo implementation partners will be considered a strong advantage.

·Experience in user training, documentation, and providing post-implementation support.

·Familiarity with POS hardware and software, especially in a restaurant setting.

·Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across different departments.

·Exposure to data migration, database management, and ERP testing cycles (UAT/SIT).
