Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Assistant Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills and be qualified to meet the demands of this position.

The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager include increasing sales and meeting targets, ensuring that sales agents are making sales. This involves motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve their goals and exceeding expectations.

Key responsibilities also include hiring sales agents, which includes searching for and interviewing potential candidates, then onboarding new recruits with industry and company policy training. Additionally, the Assistant Branch Manager must evaluate existing team members' performances and take necessary actions when required.

Candidates with experience in sales will be given preference; however, fresh candidates with higher studies are encouraged to apply.
