We are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with our leadership team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include advising on people management issues, developing effective dispute resolution strategies, and coordinating roundtable meetings between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on people management issues to Supply Chain management.
  • Offer guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters to line management.
  • Develop effective strategies for HR dispute resolution and make key organizational decisions.
  • Coordinate round table meetings between management and employees.
  • Support recruitment and cost management efforts.
  • Design and implement controls related to headcount, attendance, leaves, overtime, and access controls in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify competency-based recruitment needs.
  • Ensure timely execution of recruitment plans as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Leverage technology for efficient candidate tracking and hiring.
  • Work with the SDT team to develop training strategies at all levels.
  • Manage communication plans to ensure employee engagement and two-way communication.
  • Lead OHS and D&I initiatives and support functional heads in developing People Plans.
  • Plan and design annual HR initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead Reward and Recognition strategies.
  • Maintain a strong liaison with internal departments.
  • Act as custodian of the organizational health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity within multinational organizations.
  • Proven competencies in embracing challenges, delivering results, championing talent development, and collaborating beyond boundaries.
