Legal Case Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of case management in our law office.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing files. They must be effective communicators and team players who can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Review legal documents for adherence to firm policies and procedures.
  • Support attorneys with case management tasks, including billing, docketing deadlines, and reminders.
  • Maintain and organize case files and information in accordance with firm policies.
  • Provide recommendations on cost-effective ways to achieve client goals.
  • Complete legal research and obtain documentation regarding medical records, health insurance, social security, and medical providers.
  • Update clients and outside counsel on case status as requested.

Requirements include a background in case management or a related field, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • Case management experience is essential, preferably in personal injury or a similar field.
  • Self-motivation and effective time management are crucial for this role.
  • Drafting legal documents and conducting research are vital skills for success in this position.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a 2-year degree and Paralegal certification are acceptable.
