Job Overview

The Large Account Growth Specialist role plays a crucial part in driving business growth through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key large customers.

This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and meet strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

The Large Account Growth Specialist represents the company's full range of services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning process and ensuring their needs are met.

This role reports to the Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Customer Connections: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  2. Coordinate Company Support: Ensure the involvement of necessary company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  3. Meet Sales Goals: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  4. Collaborate on Business Planning: Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  5. Understand Customer Needs: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  6. Drive Solution Development: Develop solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
