Job Overview:

  • This role entails handling incoming calls from UK-based customers to book or amend taxi bookings.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Airport Bookings and Logistics
  • Effective Payment Handling over the Phone
  • Escalating complaints to the relevant Department for Resolution
  • Providing Support and Escalation for Driver Queries/Grievances

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to consider multiple points of output to ensure Quality in every interaction
  • Answering incoming calls from UK-based customers in proficient English (British Accent)
  • Processing customer orders for specific vehicles according to customer requirements
  • Providing timely quotations and estimates
  • Amending and cancelling active bookings as required
  • Maintaining accurate records of flight inputs
  • Coordinating with the UK Office (Supervisor and Shift In charge) for seamless operations
  • Delivering high levels of Customer Service at all times
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback effectively
  • Ensuring a smooth customer experience by connecting them with their driver for a pleasant ride
