Revenue Development Manager

As a Customer Sales Executive at FJ Travels and Tours, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of customers.
You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Working closely with our sales team, you will meet and exceed targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and meet sales targets.
- ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS, COMPETITOR ACTIVITY, AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO INFORM SALES STRATEGIES AND OPTIMIZE RESULTS.
- STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS, BEST PRACTICES, AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, APPLYING THIS KNOWLEDGE TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SALES PERFORMANCE.
