Job Title:

Lead Affiliate Development Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of our affiliate marketing program. This includes recruiting new partners, nurturing existing relationships, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and optimize program performance.
  • Nurture strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, support, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a network of affiliate partners and publishers to grow program reach and revenue.
  2. Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to support affiliates' marketing efforts.
  3. Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Troubleshoot tracking, payment, or performance issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth.
