Job Title:

Business Relationship Manager

About the Position:

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role in multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create business opportunities by generating leads and conducting meetings to provide customer solutions.
  2. Negotiate commercial terms with developers, including marketing fees, contract tenure, and sales targets.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews of project documents to verify legal status and approvals.
  4. Evaluate all projects regarding land ownership and developer profiles.
  5. Initiate and finalize agreements, including service contracts and leasehold agreements.
  6. Maintain liaison with the sales team and follow up on initiatives from higher management.
Requirements:
  1. Develop and implement best practices for optimal building operations.
  2. Negotiate lease terms and manage partnerships with clients and tenants.
  3. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Represent the company professionally in business development activities.
Work Requirements:

This role requires 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields. The location is Lahore, PK.
