
Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service in our call centre. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer experience principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to ensure best-in-class customer service.
- Manage scheduling based on forecasted volumes to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other managers to review and improve operating procedures, ensuring high levels of customer service and accuracy.
- Provide hands-on problem resolution for staff and act as a conduit between departments.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity with demonstrated success in coaching and developing employees.
- Proven sales and marketing experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
