Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join Solotech Corp as an Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CEO's schedule, managing staff in their absence, and assisting with meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules and calendars.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including staff supervision and coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing materials and taking notes during meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
