Job Overview

The Assistant Coordinator role supports the Secretariat in managing internal and external communications, coordinating committee activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders.

We are based in Karachi and Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate committee meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track progress.
  • Maintain structured communication flows and update contact lists.
  • Organize official correspondence and archive documents.
  • Support event planning, including logistics, branding, and documentation.
  • Manage committee-related events and meetings.
  • Draft official communications, such as government letters and reports.
  • Monitor and manage our communication channels.
  • Assist with advocacy, partnership, and industry engagement communications.
  • Maintain proper documentation of minutes and task follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support to our teams.
  • Update databases of committee members and stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of associations, chambers, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and summarization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the IT & ITES industry landscape is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining records.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication.
