Job Description

As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the home care category and making a real impact in the market. You will drive growth, build supplier relationships, and develop strategies to bring top-quality home care products to retailers across Pakistan.

About Our Market

We are a new way for stores to buy inventory. Through our platform, stores can order whenever they want, receive on-demand delivery, and choose from the largest selection of products available. Combined with transparent and competitive prices, we take a process that took a dozen hours every week and reduce it to a few minutes.

About Our Business

We ensure that products are always reliably stocked at stores. We enjoy higher margin sales with zero additional investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute procurement tasks, including issuing purchase orders and managing supplier relations for home care products.
  • Travel extensively across Pakistan for vendor negotiations, market visits, and procurement-related activities.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market trends and demand fluctuations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of high-demand products.
  • Stay updated on market movements in the home care sector, including detergent price fluctuations, demand shifts, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with category managers and procurement leads to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Strengthen supplier communication and negotiations to secure optimal pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze consumer buying trends and use data-driven insights to refine procurement and product selection.

Requirements

  • >5 years of experience in home care management and supply chain.
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Passionate about B2B commerce and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
