Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and constraints.
  • Create detailed design proposals, including sketches and 3D visualizations, using design software.
  • Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to final installation, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Pursue sales opportunities by achieving assigned targets.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams and contractors to bring designs to fruition.
    • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
    • Stay updated on the latest interior design and furniture trends for informed recommendations.
    • Support the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote design services.
    • Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in design consulting.
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is necessary.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with an eye for aesthetics and detail, are essential for this role.
