Overview

The role involves guiding students on university/college application procedures, advising on education opportunities in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Australia), and supporting students through counseling to assist with academic and vocational development.

Responsibilities
  • Guide students on university/college application procedures.
  • Answer inquiries from potential student clients and promote education services.
  • Advise potential students on education opportunities in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Australia).
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
  • Evaluate students' attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.
  • Maintain excellent relations with potential students through school visits or social media.
  • Inform and sell education services to potential clients.
  • Accept the line manager's task allocations and report sales figures each month.
  • Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by management; complete evaluations, analyze results, and provide purposeful feedback.
  • Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.
  • Able to work under target pressure and communicate effectively with students.
  • Follow all reasonable instructions of the Employer, management, or designated supervisor.
  • Faithfully, diligently, and competently execute assigned tasks and duties; comply with the Employer's code of conduct or company policy and act in the Employer's best interests.
  • Do not engage in any other business or employment outside your employment with the Employer without prior approval.
