As a crucial member of our student affairs team, the Admission and Registration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions between students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely address student inquiries with accurate and informative responses.
  • Manage the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) portal for students efficiently.
  • Maintain precise records of issued ID cards to ensure the security of the ID card system.
  • Closely monitor and manage student attendance records to prevent any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate effectively with faculty to address attendance issues and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  • Provide support to students in the creation of official documents such as letters and recommendations.

This position demands exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of student affairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience in registrations & students affairs
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor or Master-level education in any discipline
