About the Job

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Trust team, developing strategies to improve fraud detection and prevention, and driving operational excellence across our fraud operations processes.

Responsibilities

As a Fraud Operations Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fraud detection and prevention.
  • Lead a team of fraud analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Analyse fraud trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Support with fraud investigations, escalations, and incident management, producing high-quality analysis and driving rapid resolution of emerging fraud issues.

Leadership: Extensive experience in relevant operations, product, or strategy roles. The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects and team members concurrently.

Analytical and Collaborative: Strong ability to join quantitative and qualitative approaches to frame and synthesise complex business problems into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand solutions. Is adept at conducting 80/20 analysis, drawing out business insights from that analysis and presenting findings and recommendations persuasively.
