Job Title: Training and Learning Specialist

This is a mid-level role that involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create learning initiatives to support employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify training needs.
  • Develop onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Track and maintain training participation and completion data.
  • Design and deliver training content, manuals, and digital materials.
  • Analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact.
  • Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Stay up-to-date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
