Reception Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and distribute reports, letters, and other correspondence as required.
- Assist with data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support business operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
