Job Title: Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in a central position, evangelizing data and methodologies to other functional analysts and stakeholders.

You will have close interaction with teams in marketing, sales, finance, and product, working in a high pace environment that is professional, international, and entrepreneurial.

  • Data Analysis: Access large datasets to support analyses using SQL, Python, and similar tools.
  • Business Intelligence: Design and develop dashboards for organizational metrics and indicators using best practices and industry standards.
  • Full Lifecycle Analysis: Conduct analysis from requirements to design, including activities and specification.
  • Data Governance: Define KPIs, metrics, and drive standardization and communication through documentation and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Extract data and share it with stakeholders using dashboards/reports or Google Sheets.
  • Documentation and Presentations: Create documentation and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Develop analysis and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and quality control plans.
  • Query Development: Adapt at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Entity Research: Research and validate entity data using internal and external sources.
  • Account Management: Validate entity reference data in a central account database.
  • Exceptional Reconciliation: Exceptional management reconciliation and reporting.
  • Interface Development: Analysis, specification, testing, and implementation of interfaces, workflow solutions, and reference data solutions.
  • Work Ownership: Ownership of allocated work throughout its entire life cycle.
  • Solution Development: Develop new models to address business needs and identify improvements to existing solutions.
  • Experimentation: Participate in designing, implementing, and interpreting experiments/trials for continuous refinement of on-going strategies.
  • Data Quality: Responsible for data quality and timely delivery of reports.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for analytics, tools, and processes, as well as prepare and deliver Data Analytics & Reporting trainings.
