Your role as a business development professional involves identifying sales leads, crafting compelling pitches, and nurturing relationships with new contacts.
- Spend 2-3 hours weekly generating a database for the upcoming week. You will be provided direction on lead sourcing and can seek assistance from the technical team if needed.
- Understand the needs and pain points of leads and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Follow up with leads and schedule technical or in-person meetings.
- Oversee client work fulfillment, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships.
- Train new business development staff through onboarding and ongoing training.
- Conduct monthly reviews of the development process.
- Maintain the CRM system and manage the pipeline.
The primary focus is on generating business in the secondary service area, with opportunities to build relationships for the platform itself and lead a team.
Key Expectations:
- Flexible working hours between 12pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday, in Lahore.
- A base salary and commission structure, with potential earnings of £75,000 - £100,000 per month.
- Someone who understands the business development process, including value statement creation, pain point identification, pipeline management, and fluency in English.
