
Senior Partnership Operations Specialist

The Partnerships Support Associate will provide day-to-day operational support to the Partnerships Manager, including scheduling, data entry, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items.
This role focuses on creating, documenting, and improving processes to ensure efficiency in partner management, campaign coordination, communication, and relationship building.
- Coordinate partnership campaigns from start to finish, planning timelines, gathering materials, and monitoring progress against objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaign deliverables.
- Track campaign metrics and provide updates to the Partnerships Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate partnership records, contracts, and documentation in CRM or project management tools.
- Analyze data to prepare regular reports on partnership performance, campaign metrics, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Draft, review, and distribute partnership-related communications, such as email updates, newsletters, presentations, and reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with various departments to ensure all partnership deliverables are met, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Gather feedback and insights from cross-functional teams to enhance partnership processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, operations, marketing, project coordination, or related fields.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to create clear, concise materials for partners and internal teams.
- Technical proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and productivity tools.
- Critical thinking with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
