We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This role involves providing exceptional solutions to diverse customer queries through written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, provide product information, take or cancel orders, and obtain complaint details.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Process customer orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
