Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and help desk software. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features, monitoring customer complaints and reaching out to provide assistance, and sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members. You will also inform customers about new features and functionalities, follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved, and gather customer feedback to share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Monitor customer complaints and provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback to share with our teams
Requirements:
