Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Head of Administration in managing the administrative team. This role involves assisting with operational and maintenance personnel, as well as security staff.
The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Head for smooth operations, handling office administrative matters, including general purchases, company assets maintenance, pool cars management, and daily routine tasks/security issues.
This position requires dealing with government departments, managing security issues, and maintaining service and repair of all company vehicles in coordination with drivers in charge.
Responsibilities also include maintaining the company assets list, ensuring upkeep maintenance/repair of all, supervising and looking after carpentry and civil works after approving the projects, and attending to workers' complaints regarding transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Administration in managing the administrative team
- Provide assistance for smooth operations
- Handle office administrative matters, including general purchases and company assets maintenance
- Deal with government departments
- Manage security issues and maintain service and repair of company vehicles
- Maintain company assets list and ensure upkeep maintenance/repair of all
- Supervise and look after carpentry and civil works
- Attend to workers' complaints regarding transportation
Skills Required:
- Strong personality with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role in a factory
- Ability to manage and motivate team members
- Effective report writing and communication skills required
