Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist

As a Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Bidding Strategy
  • Create and implement an effective bidding strategy to increase visibility on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Analyze daily job postings to identify relevant projects and submit customized proposals.
  • Optimize proposal content using strategic keywords, project tags, and categories.
  • Maintain a consistent bidding schedule to meet daily targets.
  1. Client Engagement
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential clients through clear communication.
  • Understand client requirements and clarify details through messages or calls.
  • Negotiate project terms, including pricing and timelines, within established guidelines.
  1. Lead Conversion and Management
  • Follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion rates and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Manage the pipeline of active proposals, leads, and closed deals.
  1. Reporting and Communication
  • Present regular reports on bidding activities, wins, and prospects to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather technical insights when necessary.
  • Update CRM systems to track pipeline status and communication history.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or client acquisition on Upwork and/or Fiverr.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical services (e.g., web design, development, SEO).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client handling and negotiations.
