As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will drive the digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve customer engagement. You will lead a team of digital marketers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage external agencies to deliver data-driven and ROI-focused campaigns.

Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Oversee website and landing page performance, including UX/UI optimization and conversion rate improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion, CPL/CPA, and ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to create actionable insights and reports.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, freelancers, or agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Content & SEO
  • Oversee development of digital content (blogs, videos, case studies, etc.) to support inbound marketing.
  • Manage SEO strategy (on-page/off-page) to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
Marketing Automation & CRM
  • Drive marketing automation initiatives and email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
  • Integrate digital marketing efforts with CRM systems for lead nurturing and scoring.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives by leading the entire sales cycle.
  • Negotiate and contract to qualify customer needs.
  • Mastery demos of software products.
