We are searching for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal IT systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our in-house IT infrastructure.
  • Provide remote technical support to our clients.
  • Perform routine system checks to identify potential security threats.
  • Train our staff on new technologies.
  • Assist in sourcing software and hardware.
Key Requirements
  1. Expertise in VOIP, Asterisk, and Elastix.
  2. Hold MCSE certification with CCNA experience beneficial.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  5. Proficient in Elastix, Microsoft Server platforms, and Exchange Servers.
  6. Able to maintain confidentiality.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  10. Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
  11. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
  12. Reliable and trustworthy.
