Drive Business Growth with Sales Excellence

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive (Sales) to lead our sales efforts, leveraging modern sales tools and automation to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in sales strategies, and excel in client communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target high-potential prospects.
  • Lead Management: Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, using automated workflows and personalized outreach.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor open, click, and reply rates, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling objections and closing deals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales metrics and analytics to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably IT/Data/Analytics services).
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Strong proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Pipedrive).
  • Automation Expertise: Experience setting up automated outbound workflows (email, LinkedIn, enrichment).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop creative solutions.
