Deliver innovative manufacturing designs for furniture and interior solutions, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize production-ready designs for furniture and interior products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design output with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Analyze data to optimize material usage and reduce production costs.
  • Oversee the order processing cycle, ensuring accurate design execution from concept to final product.
  • Source high-quality materials while maintaining budget constraints.
  • Implement design improvements based on production feedback and market trends.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance protocols in design execution.
  • Contribute to new product development initiatives with practical and innovative design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing or related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the furniture, construction, or related industries.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Familiarity with waste calculation and optimization techniques in design and production.
  • Ability to manage design projects while ensuring timely execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of international design standards like BS/EN/DIN/ISO.
