JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Seeking a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager with proven eCommerce experience to lead ROI-focused digital campaigns, scale paid media efforts, and drive online sales growth.
  2. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  3. Allocate and optimize budgets effectively to maximize performance and meet KPIs.
  4. Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and generate insights to improve campaign performance.
  5. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  6. Work alongside SEO teams to align paid and organic strategies and implement retargeting campaigns.
  7. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have fluent English.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to develop compelling ad copies and optimize creatives for different audience segments.
  • Knowledge of customer journey, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
