Financial Crime and Compliance Management Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients, ensuring that our products meet their needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FCCM, with experience in implementing large-scale projects. You should be familiar with Oracle products, including OFSAA, and have a good understanding of database management systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing FCCM solutions for clients, working closely with functional consultants and other project team members.

  • Coordinating with client technical resources to ensure successful integration of third-party products with FCCM.

  • Configuring and deploying FCCM products, including AML, KYC, ECM, FATCA, and Customer Screening.

  • Supporting all phases of deploying FCCM solutions, from initial installation to go-live.

  • Interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FCCM product implementation in a technical capacity or similar product.

  • Experience working as part of a team or leading a team in implementing large FCCM transformation projects.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, Oracle BI Tools, SQL Server BI tool set, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWIN.

  • Good understanding of databases (Oracle, DB2, Exadata).

  • Working knowledge of job scheduling products such as AutoSys and ControlM.

This is a mid-senior level position, and we are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
