Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

  • Implement structured interviews, candidate scoring frameworks, and hiring dashboards.

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of all HR, talent, compliance, payroll, and administrative functions. You will lead cross-functional recruiting, oversee platform workflows, run local payroll, and coordinate closely with U.S.-based teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in human resources management, including hands-on payroll experience in Pakistan. They should also have high-growth startup or international business exposure and proven ability to recruit and scale teams across functions.

You will work directly with U.S.-based founders and executives to drive the development of our people strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to build systems from scratch and make a significant impact on our company's growth.
