This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in driving healthcare innovation. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate procedure and disease state mapping, enhancing reimbursement accuracy, and supporting prototype development.

  • You will utilize industry-leading tools and methodologies to analyze complex healthcare data sets, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute prototype builds from provided written documentation, leveraging your expertise in quality assurance and data analytics.
  • Apply your knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding to develop and maintain procedure and disease state mapping libraries.
  • Pursue opportunities for standardization and harmonization, seeking out efficiencies and best practices that drive business value.
  • Develop and deliver educational content to colleagues, sharing your expertise and promoting a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare information privacy security (HIPAA) requirements.
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS code assignment and hierarchies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite, with experience in relational database architecture and build approach.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
