Job Role:

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to prospective customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers via telephone, utilizing a provided script and sales methodology to effectively communicate service features and benefits.

  • Develop and maintain a proactive approach to lead generation, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Utilize negotiation and persuasion techniques to tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a high level of motivation and commitment to success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
