As a Call Center Floor Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring that performance goals are achieved and teams are managed effectively. The role involves coaching and mentoring a team of Call Center Leads and other administrative positions, providing management support to senior leaders when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for forecasting call volumes and manpower requirements, making adjustments as necessary based on business needs.
  2. Your task will be to monitor productivity and generate reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
  3. Essential duties include monitoring service calls to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and adherence to company policies, answering questions, and recommending corrective actions to address customer complaints.
  4. You will also be responsible for maintaining recorded announcement menus, determining work procedures, preparing schedules, and expediting workflow.
Leadership and Supervision

The Call Center Floor Manager manages subordinates, providing overall direction, coordination, planning, assigning, and directing work.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications: We require a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The ideal candidate should have effective presentation skills and be able to write clear, concise reports and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, including solving practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
