About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Ambassador to join our team at Studywise. As a Client Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our potential clients and proactively engaging with them to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with existing leads through regular phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' home building requirements, budgets, and timelines by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team in Australia, ensuring seamless handovers and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our lead management system (CRM), leveraging data to optimize engagement strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings, applying this knowledge to enhance client interactions and drive business growth.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Sales Ambassador, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
- A Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a relevant field from a reputable university.
- Native or near-native fluency in English, with exceptional written, verbal, and spoken communication skills.
- The ability to communicate with a clear, neutral Australian accent.
- Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Proficiency in using lead management tools (CRMs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
