
Area Sales Manager- Central

As Area Sales Manager- Central at PakWheels.com, you'll drive revenue growth by managing a multi-city sales team, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities. You'll coach field sales teams, monitor performance, and represent PakWheels.com at auto events to enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage team of sales executive across multiple cities and build market dominance ultimately leading to revenue.
- Build strong relationship with clients, understand their needs (frequent field visits) and come up with effective ways to pitch and sell existing PakWheels.com products and develop new ones.
- Work closely with field sales team to consult, coach and monitor their activity.
- Be the brand ambassador for PakWheels.com and attend auto-related events and promote the company's brands through all possible means.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors (MBA can be a plus).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field sales people.
- Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through sales team.
- Great communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry is a plus for better team support and client engagement.
- Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars) and creative.
