Job Description:We are seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead our customer service team and drive sales growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record in leadership and team management. They will be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Oversee the development and implementation of customer-centric initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience: In a similar role, with a strong background in customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in coaching and developing employees to achieve aggressive goals.
