About the Role

The Fundraising and Marketing Professional will play a key part in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, planning and coordinating events, and managing relationships with donors and sponsors.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fundraising and event planning, who can think creatively and develop innovative solutions to achieve our goals.

We are looking for a skilled marketer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Fundraising Strategies: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support our mission and goals.
  2. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate various fundraising events, including corporate sponsorships, donor recognition programs, and community-based initiatives.
  3. Donor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders through regular communication and personalized engagement.
  4. Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, print, and digital platforms.
  5. Promotional Materials: Design and produce promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content, that reflect our brand identity.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fundraising and event planning experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, with ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Data analysis and marketing metrics expertise, with ability to interpret and apply data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is an asset.
