About Us

We are a dynamic and growing organisation seeking a skilled and experienced Client Support Executive to join our team. As a Client Support Executive, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Key responsibilities include providing remote software training, addressing customer complaints, researching customer issues, and reporting customer requests to the development team.
Responsibilities and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience related to client communication, outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, and proven experience of customer interaction via Live Chat, Email & Call.

  • You should have demonstrated experience using standard office software (such as MS Office, TeamViewer, Ring Central or similar call-center solutions) & web based technologies (such as dropbox and google drive etc).
  • Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred.
  • A technical background or experience working in a SaaS based software company is also beneficial.
Working Conditions

Shift Time: 7 pm to 4 am (Pakistan Time)
